She gonna lie to da police? She was definitely overreacting though. It doesn't look like he was threatening her or her dog. But perhaps she was scared, afraid and insecure, or something, maybe she has a disorder (just look at how she is handling her dog), and didn't know how to react when a guy approached her and told her to leash her dog. However it looks like she was being a more threat to the dog than the guy was. But, she loosing her job over this is also an overreaction.
