Did his small penis trauma make him a killer? Should he have become a tranny to not become a criminal?

Court erupts with laughter as prosecutor describes serial sex killer’s tiny penis
30 Jun 2020

A courtroom erupted with laughter and cheers as a prosecutor told of how a serial sex killer had a small penis. Victims and their relatives applauded as prosecutor Amy Holliday told a court room in Sacramento, California, how multiple women had remarked on Golden State Killer Joseph DeAngelo’s small manhood. Recounting the evidence of one victim, anonymized as Jane Doe 20, during Monday’s hearing, Holliday said: ‘After the sexual assault she could hear DeAngelo walking around the house. After she could no longer hear him in the house she was able to remove the blindfold and hop, still bound, to a neighbor’s house for help. ‘When asked to describe her assailant to law enforcement Jane Doe 20 reported that he had a small penis, a fact that was consistently recorded by the majority of the sexual assault victims.’ One eyewitness in the university ballroom that had been repurposed as a socially-distanced court room said the laughter and applause began after one of 74 year-old DeAngelo’s victims pointed at him. A Zoom feed of the hearing was quickly muted to drown out the sound.

DeAngelo pleaded guilty to 13 counts of first-degree murder. He is also believed to have raped at least 50 women in a spree that terrorized California between 1974 and 1986. Many of his surviving victims attended Monday’s hearing. He is also believed to have carried out more than 150 burglaries, with many of the rapes and murders taking place during those break-ins. The frail killer wore a visor during Monday’s hearing and spoke only to say ‘Yes’ and ‘I admit’ while the charges against him were read out. He admitted his crimes as part of a plea deal aimed at avoiding a lengthy trial packed with victim and witnesses during the coronavirus pandemic, and was handed a life sentence for each of the murders.

DeAngelo – a former cop and US Navy veteran – was handed a life sentence for each of the killings. He was told he will not be able to apply for parole, meaning he will die behind bars. Prosecutors had planned to push for the death penalty had he refused to accept their deal. Gruesome details of DeAngelo’s crimes were read out during the plea hearing. According to ABC News, Prosecutor Thien Ho said: ‘The scope of Joseph DeAngelo’s crimes is simply staggering. ‘Each time he escaped, slipping away silently into the night.’ Among those he killed was Claude Snelling, who was shot dead in front of his daughter in 1975 after DeAngelo broke into his home. Also murdered were husband and wife Brian and Katie Maggiore. They were gunned down by the Golden State Killer while walking their dog in 1975. DeAngelo’s other victims include friends Cheri Domingo and Gregory Sanchez, who he killed in Goleta, California, in July 1981. DeAngelo shot Sanchez then beat him to death, before tying Domingo up, raping her and bludgeoning her to death. The serial killer was finally apprehended in April 2018 after investigators took DNA from the scene of his crimes and matched it to that of a family tree on a public online genealogy database. After he was arrested, DeAngelo admitted his crimes to himself in an interview room, saying: ‘I did all those things. I destroyed all their lives. So now I’ve got to pay the price.’
