I'm guessing you are referring to what he learned in school and I have no idea if that is legal. I'm guessing not illegal but in no way ethical nor acceptable for most people.

Probably more so by his neighborhood getting torn all to hell and nobody in the city willing to do a fucking thing about it. The interesting part was where he talked about the only thing he learned in school about voting was always vote blue or for the donkey because they are the ones that take care of black people. I can listen to a 25 minute monologue because I have the brain power to multitask. That means doing more than one thing at once. Speaking of dumb shit look in a mirror.
