patom Member	Wed Nov 11 07:53:48 jergul I should have said 26.5 dial up. That's what I had at the lake until about 10 or 11 years ago :) Now we have Spectrum cable. I have no idea what speed it is other than it's faster than I am. Of course just about everything is faster than I am.

habebe Member	Wed Nov 11 11:51:26 I had Comcast for years which was instant. This Satelite internet ( Hughes net) is wierd. like these forums, FB, articles are fine. Even Youtube is fine 8/10. Downloads are only feasible from 2-7AM usually, like torrents and shit it will shift from >5kbs to over 500kbs sometimes mbs on the clock.
patom Member	Wed Nov 11 12:10:19 Satellite sucked when I lived on the lake. We are too far north and the dish has to be aimed to low on the horizon. Where I'm at now, I'm stuck behind too many tall trees.. Thank God I have cable.
