US clearing houses granted market access right to EU subject to abiding by EU rules.

So that's London's global position screwed - either we abide by EU rules, or the market goes to the US.

And these rules will now be decided by EU and US with no UK input; where previously UK had the biggest say in the EU position and thereby negotiated with the US on global rules.
