TJ Member	Sat Feb 20 11:48:07 My wife and I delivered our 10th grandchild in our home at 1:44 AM this morning. Not exactly what I would have preferred to take place. The count, 5 girls and 5 boys. She lives in a country setting about 40 minutes out and her family was staying with us so she would have a short trip to the hospital which is only 12 blocks from our home. The child is her fourth. I can't honestly say the best plan failed. The wife and I were in the delivery room with the first 9 so we had considerable experience when it comes to babies being delivered. Both are resting and doing well at this very moment in our home. We have a niece that is a OB-GYN so we'll have her make a home visit when possible as long as mother and baby remain healthy and stable. The boy is eight pounds and eight ounces, 20 inches in length. All is well that ends well as is often said.
