So there is a lot going on in this field.

The SC has refused tonhear the case on who can change state laws and regulations and who can not. Clarence Thomas gave a statement from the minority opinion.

I heard that Democrats nationally are trying to expand voting by mail.

2 lawsuits over the voting rights act are set to go in front of the scotus in the near future.

And state Republicans in Iowa and. I think a few other states push to add more regulation on voting by mail.

So, a lot going on before 2022.

I think the consensus across the country is that Republicans are scared shitless of more voters. They seem eager to put up as many roadblocks as possible to keep the poor, black, or other ethnic groups that just might vote for the opposition.

They hate that we in Maine have now utilized Ranked Choice Voting.

Trump may very well win another nomination if he runs. Hopefully he'll be in prison by then but if he runs. Do you honestly think that he could win a national election?

I hope he does run. If I'm still alive I'll work to defeat him again. Hope it brings out even more voters that recognize what he did on Jan. 6. It will insure a Democrat victory.

Lots of people are unenrolling in the Republican Party. With two effects. One it make the party more solidly Trumpian. Two it also makes it easier for Democrats to beat him.

I think its too early to tell if he could win a national election, too many massive variables out there.

Is Kamala running against him?

Its too early in the administration to know how good or bad of a job they have done.

We also dont know how Trump will conduct himself. Will he start TrumpTV? Trump net?

How will big tech behave? will they get broken up? will they have conservative competition?

Under perfect storm conditions, I do think he could win, but it's just too early to place a bet.

Plus the OP....how will election laws change.
