Based on the evidence I've seen, he should be acquitted of the murder charge if he gets a fair trial. I doubt that will happen though.

He also told them he had the coronavirus (and this was confirmed by the autopsy) and wasn't wearing a mask so they weren't under any obligation to put their own lives at risk to revive him.

"claustrophobia".. it would be lame sounding excuse even if they hadn't just pulled him out of his own vehicle if floyd had told the truth and said he took big dose of fentanyl.. and that's why he couldn't breathe before there was any knee on neck.. and didn't resist being taken into custody by further lying about claustrophobia.. then police likely would have known what was actually happening and acted accordingly instead police know they are dealing with obvious liar in denying taking drugs and obvious liar on why he won't get in police car.. who therefore is clearly untrustworthy and might be lying about inability to breathe.. and who certainly know knee to back of neck does nothing to restrict airflow _____ also asked why police don't leave him in his car alone police got call that floyd tried to spend fake $20 bill while acting drunk and out of control even overlooking counterfeit money.. police aren't going to let highly intoxicated/drugged individual to sit in their car until they drive away.. because dui is dangerous to other people too
