I've been delaying a knee replacement for 3 years. I was doing good until I got lazy and stopped doing my exercises. I've started them back up and it feels somewhat better. I'm still scheduled for knee replacement in August. Biden was more than likely trying to move like there was no problem with his ankle. If FDR could function from a wheel chair, I'm thinking Biden can still function.

The second stumble was because he caught the step with the toe of his shoe and probably doesn't have the ankle strength yet to compensate for that. Anyway his knee is going to be sore. When he went up the final few steps you can tell he is favoring the right.
