WaPo (of all places) has a pretty decent breakdown of the spending items. Even in the actual "infrastructure" sections, you have a lot of non-infra shit like "addressing racial inequities" and electric vehicles. http://www...n-infrastructure-climate-plan/ Also, it would enable the government to override state right-to-work laws, make it easier for workers to strike, and gives a whole bunch of other freebies to his union backers.
