Update from an earlier thread.This was.expected as IMHO it was clear. Cut freedom of speech. The SC agreed 8-1.

Long story short, cheerleader didnt make the cut, was pissed and on Snapchat posted a bunch of "Fuck this and that" and the school tried to suspend her, so she took them to court and won every round.
