So, shit like this is just more evidence why we need ACTUAL infrastructure investments.

Biden's plan seems more about random spending that isnt really infrastructure.

The Republicans just don't want to spend the money I guess, IDK.

Both parties have let us down.

Public debt to GDP stands at 107%. Republican intransigence about deficit spending is deeply hypocritical, but that doesn't mean they're wront.

Infrastructure is needed and has been neglected for 40 years.

It's their job to find a way to pay for it. Raise taxes, egalize and rax drugs, hookers and gambling, IDK, it's necessary spending.

I mean some spending IMHO os worth even debt spending if we have too.

1. Roads and bridges.

2. Weather proofing, which will vary by region.

In CA I don't see why some geo engineering can't be put in place to reduce droughts. Digging water sinks, planting certain plants/trees.

In the SE hurricane proofing and drainage are big issues that require infrastructure.

Updating our electrical and internet networks.

Updating EV charging stations.

Now these dont all have to be top down government solo builds, but maybe a mix of techniques to get the job done.
