Trump could've tweeted out any batshit crazy thing imaginable (as he was already doing on election fraud claims, many tweets a day... including claims of the CIA, FBI & DOJ all involved in stealing it). His daily schedule was just the 'many meetings & phonecalls' bullshit every day & he was inviting Sidney Powell to the Whitehouse even after unimpressive Rudy kicked her off the team for being too crazy... so basically being even more unfit & unstable than usual

as he had his 'we're leaving Syria' out of the blue without consultation & various provocative NK posts during his reign

everyone should've been reached out to, not just China

Trump tweeted a link to this in Nov (weeks after election), still (crazily) the 'president':

"
What we are witnessing with the 2020 elections is NOT an election. We are witnessing the attempt of the overthrow of the United States Government. The CIA, FBI and DOJ are full of Treasonous Swamp Rats that are intent on stealing the Presidential seat, and taking over America for the global order. They are wicked globalist puppets who are boldly pushing their coup to destroy America and implement a global reset and usher in United Nations Agenda 2030 which is the revised version of sustainable development Agenda 21. They are in lockstep throwing all their punches at unsuspecting Americans while nations around the world are doing the very same lockdowns on their citizens. Will they succeed? The answer is NO!

WARNING FROM ACTING SEC. OF DEFENCE CHRIS MILLER:

“Should any maligned actors underestimate our resolve or attempt to undermine our efforts, we will not hesitate to restore deterrents and defeat any and all threats. “

Certain sectors of Special Forces Operations now report directly to Acting Defense Secretary Chris Miller. They are aligned with Trump, the Constitution and the defending of America against its enemies, both foreign and domestic. So don’t panic and fear not. President Trump is in control and the battle lines are drawn. The Kraken has been released and it has everything. Special Forces assets are now being deployed to take down America’s domestic enemies and traitors.

"Trump told Pence to reject the electoral votes, Pence didn't do it (not that he could, yet Trump still claiming he could & cult believing it)"

The critical race theory push by milley makes more sense if it turns out true that he was working for the PLA.

The quote I seen on pbs news, again *AFAIK, not verified*

Said that he would inform the Chinese ahead of time on US military actions.

“If we’re going to attack, I’m going to call you ahead of time. It’s not going to be a surprise," Milley reportedly said.

Having cogs willing to say no is an important safeguard constitutional writers could not have imagined. The process for presidential removal takes way longer than the flight time of an intercontinental ballistic missile.

Jergul, It doesn't excuse treason or usurping civilian control of the military.

Milley has one job, to advise the president. The secretary of defense has some actual authority and is in the chain of command (except nukes)

Having rogue military officials hijacking the armed forces is NOT a normal or good thing.Nor is it legal, the Senate literally voted 95-0 in favor of the Goldwater act (or whatever its called) back when Reagan was in office, and he literally had Alzheimer's.

apparently that boxing gig Trump well-paid for on 9/11 was a disaster (& some level of fraudulent)...

"
...
Fournier “fought” — and I put the quotes around the word fought intentionally — former heavyweight champion David Haye on the card. Haye is 40 years old and had not fought since May 5, 2018. The two are friends, which certainly wasn’t recognized prior to the bout, and Haye tiptoed to a unanimous decision win that seemed as if he could end it at any moment, according to a number of respected boxing insiders.

In the co-main event, it was a battle of 46-year-old ex-UFC legends as the great Anderson Silva knocked out ex-Huntington Beach, California, Mayor pro tempore Tito Ortiz in just over a minute.

And in the main event, the nearly 59-year-old Evander Holyfield was knocked out in just over a minute by the 44-year-old ex-UFC champion Vitor Belfort.

It was disgusting and unethical and just everything that is wrong about professional boxing. All three bouts, it turns out, were exhibition matches, which you would have struggled to know by the way Triller marketed the card. It referred to it as “the most anticipated fight of the decade,” though it was anticipated by exactly zero people and was put together in 10 days when Oscar De La Hoya tested positive for COVID-19 and had to pull out.

Jergul, Chain of command did not work.Milley is the the leader of the joint chiefs of staff, he is not in the chain of command, they are advisors who work at the pleasure of the potus.see the Goldwater Nichols act (I googled it, I only remembered goldwater before)

Trump hired the wrong guy, absolutley.

The Goldwater–Nichols Department of Defense Reorganization Act of October 4, 1986 Pub.L. 99–433, (signed by President Ronald Reagan), made the most sweeping changes to the United States Department of Defense since the department was established in the National Security Act of 1947 by reworking the command structure of the United States military. It increased the powers of the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and implemented some of the suggestions from the Packard Commission, commissioned by President Reagan in 1985. Among other changes, Goldwater–Nichols streamlined the military chain of command, which now runs from the president through the secretary of defense directly to combatant commanders (CCDRs, all four-star generals or admirals), bypassing the service chiefs. The service chiefs were assigned to an advisory role to the president and the secretary of defense and given the responsibility for training and equipping personnel for the unified combatant commands.

He attempted to interfere with the military chain of command.

He felt strongly that Trump was a threat. He took extraordinary and possibly illegal actions to thwart him. Good for him. But once you do that, you've got to go.

Cloud strife, First off, he broke chain of command. He is the chairman of thebjoint chiefs of staff, a job title that has no authority to command troops or intercept information between the actual authorized people im the chain of command.

If a random lieutenant was caught calling the Taliban and said he would give them a heads up on anybattavka from his commanding general and told other officials that any commands must go through him and not his superior, that would be treason. This is only different in that he usurped civilian control of the military and opted for a military rule.

Its odd how a protest gone wild the left sees as a coup vut military control of the armed forces being usurped from a legally elected civilian commander in chief, that they are cool with.

Let me ask this, should it be permitted for any military officer to usurp the authority of their superiors if they choose? Or is it only in the case of Trump?

for my ‘he could be lying’ part I just mean he doesn’t -have- to actually go through with warning China if an actual cause came up... although the obvious presumption is it would be an unwarranted attack, and apparently China was hearing rumors of a possible attack (not surprising with the cloud of crazy chafe being fired off) so even more reasonable to try to put their minds at ease

Precedent is a majot issue here. This the 3rd potus in my life time that there had been widespread questions about the potus being of sane/stable mental faculties.

Reagan with Alzheimer's.

Trump being accused of being crazy/unstable.

Biden with dementia/senior moments.

Mabey we should look into an updated set of safe guards.IMHO if thats the case under all circumstances, power should remain with civillian elected officials.

Like, Biden and Trump are largely along partisan lines, I think everyone agrees Reagan towards the end was suffering.

Its almost pointless to argue anything involving Trump with you, as again you beleive he is the root of all evil and thus thenrules that apply to everyone don't get applied to Trump or anyone trying to thwart him.

This does IMHO highlight a fundamental difference in the parties though where the democrats tend to put experts on a pedastool and are supportive of them playing by different rules and superceding the laws of the land and elected officials.

While Republicans often demonize experts and elites and favor elected officials and the same rules apply to all.

These are over generalized, but its noticeable.

Probably so.
And this is further proof of the DNC's Insurrection — the actual insurrection which is backed by actual facts of their seizing of power rather than some bullshit narrative of protestors without weapons "storming" the Capitol in a "Deadly" attack. Milley's "white rage" comment shows how deep the strategy has gone. The DNC actively weaponizes slave morality to create division amongst populists ("white rage" is another slave morality term), they funded and encouraged insurrectionist mobs all over the country via BLM/Antifa, they modified election laws (public record fact — lest the uniformed hacks call this conspiracy theory again), they monopolized BigTech and made it a Deep State apparatus to silence a sitting president, they are using totalitarian measures to control the work force via an OSHA end-run, and now we hear that a White House General was colluding with corporate-DNC's psychotic Insurrectionist in Chief: Pelosi. They are clearly hoping for their Archduke Franz Ferdinand moment to justify their final and sweeping insurrectionist measures. And they'll continue to use the totalitarian refrain: "[It's for your own good.]"

Police officers were attacked with weapons-I beleive this is true but it needs some clarification.

Rioters were throwing things (fire extinguisher, probably smaller items) that hit cops. But these are not items that sitting on a shelf wpuld be considered a weapon like say a bat.

Mostly it seemed just a large crowd that was pushing its way through.

People died-False.

One woman died who was shot to death by the police, "people" implies several and who killed who is very important.

Now there are several people who died in the last 9 months since the attack. The most commonly cited case was the brain anyurism guy which turns out later to have died of unrelated causes.

Next is a few (3 or 4? Tw knows) have committed suicide since. It seems unlikely these were related events, Id bet a dollar to say cops have higher rates of suicide than your average Joe.

Further being in the Clinton inner circle has a much higher rate of mysterious suicide.

"there were bats... & stun guns, pepper spray, hockey sticks & flag poles (all used as weapons against the cops)"

Sounds like the BLM assault of the White House — an assault which BLM themselves admit caused the Secret Service to determine that the threat was so credible and the Secret Service's ability to control the mob so stretched (AP, May 2020: "Secret Service agents and law enforcement officers struggled to contain the crowds") that a breach of the White House was expected or feared, and thus the president, whose likeness was later staged in a mock guillotine execution in front of the White House (August 2020, http://twi...t/status/1299168966255017984), was moved at the behest of Secret Service to the presidential bunker. Or do we forget the cult-left's meme of "bunker bitch"? The cult-left admitted that they were a threat and celebrated their success openly. And we remember also that this *particular* insurrection attempt was accompanied by direct funding and encouragement from D.C. Mayor Bowser (D), who was so proud of his insurrectionists that he had their brand painted on the road leading to the White House like a yellow-brick road for the insurrectionists to follow ( http://www.nbcnews.com/politics/politics-news/d-c-mayor-bowser-has-black-lives-matter-painted-street-n1225746 ). Yes, "make D.C. a state", indeed, so that the DNC insurrection can fully secure the power center of the country.

Sounds also like the Portland assault of the federal courthouse, and Kenosha, and Seattle, and Los Angeles, and NYC, and Miami, and Atlanta. If violence is the bar for insurrection, then I'm glad that we agree that the symptoms of the DNC insurrection were indeed present by the ton across the entire United States — 2,000 cities of protests — all with the aim of holding the country hostage with violence, forcing social compliance, seizing political power, interrupting the Constitutional process with a massive racketeering scheme (threatening continued violence should political ends not be met — violence for not installing their candidate), and framing the DNC violence as the fault of those who did not comply with that violence — outright saying that the founding principles of the entire country must be dismantled and replaced by that violence and through their installed leader. By their own words.

I agree:
[murder]: "The actual insurrection is the one where the [DNC did actually declare that they were 'installing' a president using violence, coercion, force, election manipulation via a litany of avenues which includes
• voter suppression by removing political opposition from the ballot in key states (e.g., http://apnews.com/article/election-2020-pennsylvania-elections-joe-biden-courts-cbd7947a020a1c5983a69e804ce3a5f8 )
• the psychological warfare of signal-boosting hatred of Trump and making people think that everything they did was Trump's fault despite they themselves in the DNC-media having boosted the signal with wall-to-wall coverage (abuser logic: DNC-media caused the harm but blames externally) — a DNC-media decision which they admitted outright and even justified as "necessary" after studies showed how skewed they had become (more stories, pure negativity, and "the case for even tougher media coverage" in 2018 despite being called on it, http://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-fix/wp/2018/06/01/the-case-for-even-tougher-media-coverage-of-trump/ ),

and a strategy which includes uni-party goals (full DNC control) via..
• DNC-states voting to implement a popular vote which could bypass the founding checks and balances of the Electoral College (See "National Popular Vote Bills" http://www.nationalpopularvote.com/state-status ),
• votes to grant D.C. Statehood against founding principles (See "Washington, D.C. Admission Act", drafted in 2019, passed in the House in 2021, and currently awaiting the Senate),
• votes to pack the Supreme Court to bypass appointment procedures and re-secure DNC power over the Court ( http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2020/09/22/packing-supreme-court/ ),
• calls to abolish the Senate to secure Congressional power ( http://www.vox.com/2018/12/4/18125539/john-dingell-abolish-senate )
• calls to abolish the police from state cities (way too many sources), which, incidentally, empowers the government to step in with federal powers when criminality rises, which can lead (and has already lead in some instances) to a federal police force, the further empowering of the FBI, the expansion of the purview and scale of Capitol police (they already have the authority to investigate nationally), and thus the further up-scaling of federal government powers over states]"

Yes. The DNC Insurrection continues. And since they control the media, their adherents believe that the singular incident of people entering the Capitol on one afternoon far outweighs the DNC's atomic bomb strategy. The DNC's blast is visible from space, but they'd like you to believe that the single gunshot that was fired on January 6th — not even killing anyone in the DNC but which is somehow 'proof of concept' of their narrative — was the worst thing since the Civil War. Worse, if you'll believe it.

a large mob actually bashing cops in hand-to-hand combat and smashing into a high security building to get to the members of our legislative branch seems a giant difference

Tw, BLM would have been demonized by the Right and social justice heroes of the left.

They did shoot someone and yet in portland BLM routinely just got arrested and not charged and released. Because you know, racial justice.

Murder, I know you meant it ironically, but nowadays, plenty of Democrat controlled corporations.

The DNC even has a racket selling cancel culture insurance now.Mob style.

The largest number of illegal aliens in the history of our Country are pouring in by the millions. They are totally unchecked and unvetted, can do whatever they want, and go wherever they want. Our Country is rapidly becoming a cesspool of humanity. Murderers, drug dealers, and criminals of all shapes and sizes are a big part of this massive migration. Tens of thousands of people are coming from Haiti, and many now from countries in Africa, even more so now than South America. Nothing is done and the corrupt Mainstream Media is giving almost no attention to what will be perhaps the greatest Crisis in the history of our Country. This is not just a Border Crisis, this is a Crisis Crisis. God Bless America!

After many years of allowing China to rip off the United States on trade and so much else, I was very tough on China, by far the toughest of any U.S. President in history. During my administration, China paid us hundreds of billions of dollars and finally respected the U.S. again. Before me, they never gave us “ten cents.” For Lightweight General Mark Milley to have called the Chinese to “bring down the temperature” of my negotiations with them, negotiations that were having a major positive impact on large-scale benefits to the United States, is outrageous. We were not going to make any Military moves—never even thought of it, but we were hitting them so hard in all other ways. While every other President caved to China, China was caving to me and the U.S. for the first time ever. “Dumbo” Milley inserted himself right in the middle of my trade negotiation, and if he did what is reported, he would have had a profound negative effect on those negotiations. Milley is an idiot with no common sense or ability to negotiate—that’s why he left $85 Billion of the World’s best Military equipment in the hands of the Taliban for no reason whatsoever. That’s also why 13 young Warriors are not with their families tonight.

Mark Milley hurt our Country very badly, and he should pay a big price...

here's the "Eastman memo" w/ a Trump lawyer's plan for Mike Pence to end democracy
http://s3....ents/21066248/eastman-memo.pdf
it relies on those States where the cultist electors just sent in their votes completely unofficially to pretend those States were contested, w/ a couple paths to making Trump president via ignoring those States' votes

this lawyer seemed to think there was legitimacy to those alternate electors (there was none, in any State)... i wonder if Fox/Newsmax/OANN reported they were legit or the lawyer just an idiot

'lawyer' Sidney Powell is still out claiming the mysterious forces murdered a guy to keep Gov Kemp in line in accepting GA's results, so crazy cultist lawyers just a thing

so much crazy/idiocy in those who orbit the obvious beacon of fraud

(Trump also sent a letter to GA recently asking them to decertify their election results in case anyone thought he wasn't still at it... it would be easy to miss as NONE of the R's ever repeat his crazy shit, despite treating him as king & head of party)

yesterday:

"Why is the Fake News Media continuing on their path of saying, “baseless and disproven lies,” concerning the Presidential Election of 2020, no matter how much evidence they see? These phrases are coordinated propaganda by Lamestream. It is an automatic phrase they use about the 2020 Election Scam when in fact it was just the opposite. The proof is massive and staggering. The Presidential Election of 2020 was Rigged! When the information becomes public, people will see that it wasn’t even close."

'baseless & disproven' is because his claims are baseless & disproven

also yesterday:

"
I spent virtually no time with Senators Mike Lee of Utah, or Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, talking about the 2020 Presidential Election Scam or, as it is viewed by many, the “Crime of the Century.” Lindsey and Mike should be ashamed of themselves for not putting up the fight necessary to win. Look at the facts that are coming out in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and other States. If this were Schumer and the Democrats, with the evidence we have of Election Fraud (especially newly revealed evidence), they would have never voted to approve Biden as President, and had they not, all of the mistakes that were made over the last month, which are destroying our Country, would not have happened. Mike Lee, Lindsey Graham, and all of the other Republicans who were unwilling to fight for the Presidency of the United States, which would have included at least an additional four Republican Senators, two in Georgia, one in Michigan, one in Arizona, are letting the Democrats get away with the greatest Election Hoax in history—a total con job!

We are losing our Country! The Democrats are vicious and fight like hell, and the Republicans do nothing about it. RINOs fight harder against Republicans than they do against Democrats. They want to be so politically correct, even if that means losing our Country, which is happening now. The evidence on determinative and wide-ranging Election Fraud is staggering. Your Republican Presidential candidate won in a landslide, but has so little backing from Republican “leadership.” They should be ashamed of themselves. Why don’t they have hearings? Or even if just Republicans had open public sessions, we would all hear the irrefutable facts. Remember, the Fake News Media does not report the truth!
"
~ ridiculously absurdly unfit former 'president'

-----------------------------------

that's in response to Mike Lee & Lindsey Graham analyzing his election fraud claims and finding zip... as poor shell-of-a-man Graham had to break down and admit when reluctantly approving the electoral votes

Fraud tossing in "especially newly revealed evidence" to keep interest... forget those thousands of earlier claims (zero of which went anywhere), there's new stuff! also it's being "politically correct" to not undermine democracy (HR types will fall for that)

"The evidence on determinative and wide-ranging Election Fraud is staggering."

really? defend that comment...
