"A young man jumped off a Yonkers, N.Y. complex building’s roof, killing himself and landing on an elderly person who was at the parking garage.

On Monday night, a 25-year-old man, not identified as yet, apparently tried to end his life by leaping off the roof of Cromwell Towers on Locust Hill Avenue, The New York Post reported.

But in a double unfortunate event, an innocent 61-year-old man, who was a visitor from the Bronx, was standing down below.

Both men died at the scene, according to the NY Post."

What do they mean tried? He succeeded.

The only way this story could be better is if the jumper had survived the fall and walked away unscathed.
