Dr. OZ is trying to take Pat toomeys seat in PA.He is running as a "conservative Republican" and has got the blessing of Don Trump.

Don Trump sounds like a Mafioso..

Pro vaccine, anti mandate.

I don't trust him. Was he a known conservative before now?

hugging Trump gets you his endorsement no matter your views, your cult/party isn't about conservative views anymore

Dr Oz being a snake-oil salesman who doesn't even live in PA is also an appropriate fit for Trump

"... and has got the blessing of Don Trump."

Of course he does. Trump feels a kinship with every sleazy huckster and fraudster.

It's a sign of the times when people with excellent educations, who had very respectable careers, feel the need to become celebrities and promote garbage to satisfy their egos and fill their bank accounts.

In all fairness eastern PA is culturally closer (physically as well) to NJ than say Harrisburg/Pittsburgh out west.So that makes sense really. He also has parents that live in PA.

Why do Democrats frown upon crossing state lines so much?

that's not a Democrat thing

we'll see how Oz does in the cult primary

Trump's prior pick was a wife-beater & child abuser (who never lost the endorsement, just gave up his run)...
Im better then you

If elected Dr Oz would be the first Muslim Senator and first to have served in a foreign military (Turkish).

does he ever mention he's muslim? (& will he ever do so again now that he's running :p)

'the bible is my favorite book! also, buy these health supplements... & here's my MyPillow code for a discount...'

Why wouldn't he mention his religion?

Plenty of Republicans love Muslims.

Religious immigrants are a decent size of Republican minority support.

“Islam hates us”
~ leader of cult

“"Donald J. Trump is calling for a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country’s representatives can figure out what the hell is going on."
~ leader of cult (speaking in 3rd person)

and “The Snake” story he told over and over was about Muslims (though much more aptly about himself)

and his repeated false claims of the San Bernardino attack was about his claim that all Muslim neighbors of terrorists know what the terrorist is up to

and those Afghan refugees are part of the Lefts plot to replace white republicans (according to Tucker)

and the Right’s efforts to paint Obama as a Muslim was obviously meant as a smear

So I suspect Oz won’t be noting it... and will benefit, like Nikki Haley, from people assuming he’s just another white person (though his name not as convenient as with Nikki... but his first name probably won’t be showing up a lot either, I imagine)

Trump has probably said worse about his best friends.

He was very freindly many in the Islamic world.Saudia Arabia is literally where Mecca is.

Do you think many black people actually think Biden hates them? No, at worst they usually just think he is just really old and lost.

Biden never said anything intentionally hateful to blacks, not sure what comparison you're drawing, & Trump loved the Saudis as they gave him heaps of money (as he said himself)

also, it goes well beyond Trump. Do you really think anyone in his crowds had problems w/ his continual anti-muslim comments... it was a main factor in getting elected, only the wall & anti-mexican stuff scored better i imagine. And there was Marjorie insisting Omar swear in on a Bible... claiming it was mandatory. Plenty of times R's bring up how christianity/bible need to be stuffed into our laws & schools. And they fret about the alleged war on christmas/christianity to whip up the base. When are they concerned of the negative views of islam?

& anecdotally i have 'rural' uncles... i assure you they are anti-muslim from personal experience :p

also to clarify about Nikki Haley, not claiming she's a muslim, just that she recently made a comment about not experiencing racism herself, so not believing it's a problem in US... but how many know she isn't a typical white woman? i sure didn't

if she went by Nimrata (her first name), i suspect it would be a definite negative, especially in her party... the GOP may not all be white supremacists but all* white supremacists are GOP/Trump-cult... *if there are any that aren't, they are just unhappy Trump didn't go further or live up to his promises
(plus you don't have to be a full on white supremacist for it to have an effect)

R candidates emphasize being christian, de-emphasize any education
(many D's do too for that matter)
