Anglo 1: Plates will fall from the ceiling

Anglo 2: What?!

Anglo 1: We are not making this up.

Ango 3: Everything we saw right there…. Who is preparing the food?? There were pots. There were no chefs. And then there was food??! Excuse me, the technology is incredible. What they are doing there is amazing.

Hahaha. It’s Chinese engineering. Hi-tech robots are cooking and servering da food. Technology never seen before. Americans will want to reverse engineer (steal) this and implement this idea in America.

Not sure that the future is female. Future will be the third gender. The robots.

Other way around, as usual. We already did it years ago, lol.

One example from 2018: http://www.creator.rest/

But America has pioneered robotic restaurants for many years already.

It took China a little while because they had to send Chinese students to intern there and steal the tech.

Speaking of Phds. Does China have more than the rest of the world combined yet?

Yes, but we've been over this. It's okay when we do it, because we aren't China.

No idea about the PhDs but the degrees are worthless anyways... relative to the amount of intellectual property they smuggle back through their various internships.

Anyway, like I was sayin', bat is the fruit of the skies. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. There's uh, bat-kabobs, bat creole, bat gumbo. Pan fried bat, deep fried bat, stir-fried bat. There's pineapple bat, lemon bat, coconut bat, pepper bat, bat trash soup, bat trash stew, bat salad, bat and potatoes, bat burger, bat sandwich. That- that's about it.

Far be it from me to make moral judgements on the honour amongst thieves system you seem to have.

I applaut your egalitarian "education is useless" spirit. I am sure it is a great comfort for those that struggle with their k-12 equivalency tests.

It's more about us being the winners, and China being the little Yorkshire Terrier nipping at our heels. ;)

It's useless to them, relative to the value they derive from pilfering intellectual property.

But, as a whole, our education system in the USA is pretty useless.

(in terms of utility unless you make it to college in a STEM field. perceived utility is another ballgame, but that's also on the downtrend)

I should note he actually said degrees. And even here he 2nds with the education system.

Not education itself. There are clear differences.

A degree is just a certification of education. It doesn't guarantee quality of education.

I know electricians that make much better livings than poly sci graduates from Devry.

Plus its China. These are the same.people that had people melt metal in their backyards to increase manufacturing stats and ghost cities to increase similar stats.

I wouldn't be surprised at them cranking out useless degrees either.

Yes, education is perhaps the most valuable human endeavor. But our system in the USA sucks.

Well, Phds are supposed to be original contributions to a given field. A graduate applying his Phd research is not really pilfering in any meaningful sense.

I also congratulate you on that time machine you use to travel back to 1985 to watch China nipping at your heels.

The research isn’t what I was talking about, as I stated very clearly, twice. But nice job taking out that straw man.

Lmao you complimented America by making this thread, not my problem. But hey, at least your Chinese ripoffs are only about 8 years behind now. It's a slight improvement.

In the 1980s I worked in a studio where I could precisely move lights pretty much exactly like how the plates were delivered. When you were done with the photography they raised back up towards the ceiling.
And these have been around for a very long time. Basically same idea.

NASA and others can have been able to print food for over a decade now. I think the Russians first printed food in space a few years back. If I remember right it was a pizza. I could be wrong on what they printed but I know they can print pizza.
