And yet will likely serve time comparable to people who steal billions. Im not saying she wasn't wrong, but theft has always been a queer one, almost like murder. Kill one man its murder, kill a million and it's a statistic. Who is worse? The man who mugs your purse or the one who stole your 401k? Logically there has to be a line of magnitude.

Most probably the people behind her stole thousands or tens of thousands though. And fraud isn't just theft persay. It creates a big mess for everyone involved. The person whose information was stolen, the businesses who sold/shipped to the fraudsters, the CC company and insurance etc. I know one of the largest sites that sold tobacco products
