He finally, after almost 40 years got medicare the ability to negotiate at least some drug prices down. Extension of ACA subsidies which will help as the pandemic is still ongoing. And maybe most importantly the climate change provisions which will help us reduce emissions from 2005 levels by 40% by 2030. It could be better. But it's not nothing. Though Trump set the bar so low, most thinking Americans were happy with nothing since Trump's entire policies were driven by hatred of Obama and doing the opposite of what Obama would've done thereby making things worse.

And after the brouhaha over those expensive Alzheimer's drugs, people were pissed at Pharmaceutical companies manipulating the situation. Trump accomplished shit. Even if you buy the shit that all government is bad, appointing incompetent donors to departments that everyone agrees is necessary more than negates anything "good" he did. Almost all the lists of the "good" Trump did would've been pushed by Jeb or Hillary anyways. All the bad he did was massive, enormous, and obvious to anyone with a brain.
