NC. Has been a hot bed of democratic election fraud, a federal judge has seen through the BS.

Its a tight Senate race so the democrats banned the Green party from the ballot.However they did so by falsely impersonating Green party officials & by using judges that dismissed green party signatures for no good reason.

In the midst of an ongoing recount for the election of Senator Graham’s political ally, he called the official in another state charged with supervising the recount and suggested he change his methods. The official, as well as other participants on the call, indicated that the Senator explored options to discard votes in order to assist the president. To this, Senator Graham responds that the other participants on the call must all be mistaken, and he asks this Court to end the inquiry there.

Jmb, Yes I'm sure there are plenty of whataboutisms you can find, and un even gerrymanders, that's sort of the Republican go-to.

But the Democratic go to is to ban opposition parties from the ballot.

They did it in 2020 , the Reps donit as well, but less often and usually not in swing states (TX for example)

IIRC they pulled similar nonsense in either MI or WI (some Midwestern state), and PA in 2020.

They are notorious for blaming the green party for elections they lose. The crazy thing is that its far less common for Republicans to blame the far larger Libertarian party.

They didn't ban them. They never got enough votes and Republicans deliberately tried to get them on the ballot despite not having due diligence just like Republicans fielded fake candidates in Florida in order to peel votes away from the actual dem candidate.

In terms of voter fraud, Republicans have massively outdone the dems for the last 25 years but Habebe would never know that with is butt so far up shithole news sources on the far right.

Dukhat, First off they didn't need votes, they needed signatures. They had way more than enough signatures that were considered valid, the judges decided that because they could possibly be fraudelent signatures that they would not permit them on the ballot.

Both parties pull shenanigans, Reoublicans tend to "gerrymander" more than democrats, but Dems are catching up.

Democrats tend to get 3rd parties kicked off ballots more, they also tend to put their thumbs on the scale and secretly pull strings to boost opposing candidates they would rather run against as well as put their thumbs on the scale for who they run , like they did against Bernie.

For clarification they had around 16k CERTIFIED signatures.They only needed 13,865 signatures.

That alone should be enough for them to run. Libertarians get way more votes anyway and they "draw votes away" from Republicans in the same manner, I would argue that its on the party to earn the votes, but whatever.

They had 22k before but some were not certified, democrats posed as green party members to try and talk people into rescinding their signatures.

For example, Trump lost 2020 by 44k votes in a handful of states.

Jo Jorgensen in those states won more than the margin that if those Libertarian votes went to Trump that he would still be potus.
