I would be open to a mandated 5% tax automatically taken out until paid back. Perhaps funded with a wealth fund. 5. See how many welfare programs we could scrap in lieu of direct cash payments via a negative income tax system that encourages getting off welfare. 6. Legalize narcotics , limit advertising lean into resoonsiblenuse and treatment. 7. Secure the border, broker deal with cartels if need be.Negotiate from strength, we have a military, use it. 8. Find ways to increase immigration which a penchant on useful immigrants. If you are low skilled but desire to work tonbe here, lets bargain A. Perhaps a mandatory 10% tax that goes into a wealth fund. B. More likely, you commit to X amount of public service. This seems better. 9. Ban private jails, civil forfeiture and self funded police forces via tickets. 10.End work aligned healthcare by not taxing HC insurance at all. 11. Massive infrastructure investments. A. Energy policy- Replace coal plants with nuclear, if necessary natural gas. 13. These are all vague reccomendations, open to debate, not set in stone.
