I reported my first tweet yesterday.

Some guy, many anti semetic posts talking about someone's "evil.jew father" and such. The one tweet they deleted was about him describing how he fantasized about cutting her head off in her sleep...

Plus he was an asshole besides being totally creepy.

They deleted the head quote within 30 minutes.

I still feel a little dirty. Fighting the urge to smoke had left me more annoyed than usual.

Apparently they drank their ginger ale and I said I don't have anymore soda, I hear the 7 yr old tell the 4 yr old "I guess we're just gonna die" 4YR old "But why?"

Musk is trying to make the deal contingent on his ability to secure financing. In other words all he has to do is fail to secure the financing and oops! I guess he doesn't have to buy Twitter at the agreed upon price.

Twitter is saying no, you made the offer, coming up with the financing is your problem. A deal is a deal.

This isn't confusing. The entire point of Twitter's lawsuit is so the court enforces the sale on the agreed upon terms.
