Nice to see ONE store that's still willing to rough up problem customers though. The amount of recent videos of security guards just standing around while people blatantly steal $500 of merchandise is depressing.

He bought the guitar a day before but the guitar neck was warped so he wanted a refund. But in capitalistic America honest customers get treated like this all day.

I was wrong. It was aggravated assault according to police reports. The employee put a stop to the assault.
