My guess is that the left leverages this study to demand that the feds provide $3 trillion to NY to fight climate change.

And then of course half of that $3 trillion will be diverted to paying reparations to black people, because blacks are disproportionately affected by climate change or some other "environmental justice" bullshit.

Still. It would be nice to see Wall Street brokers making their way around Manhattan in makeshift canoes.
