Would you like a coffee? Maybe a beer?" and another house'd rules might be "You will walk on all fours on this leash as long as youre here, got it punk?" Its pretty obvious they may set their own rules, so that doesnt need to be mentioned. What can be pointed out is that the first house has much more tolerant and generous rules than the second one.
