That's just a few minor losses and the charges can be refiled. The defendants are facing like a hundred charges or something like that, so the prosecution still has plenty to work with ... assuming they aren't disqualified.

if a judge is throwing out the charges that aren't properly established, that means the rest are...

He threw out the only major charge which was the one regarding trump demanding people create votes for him. That's a major blow.

And of course they can refill, lol.

"He threw out the only major charge"

did lying DailyMail say that? or lying Fox?, or did you just make it up? either way, false

the main charge still there as well as others

also this GA judge seems very fair, the FL judge has shown Trump favoritism & yet has tossed out nothing

the charges completely legit & not corrupt as the poisonous shitbag keeps trying to sell

for the record, & to spare anyone reading a DailyMail article

it's the 'Solicitation of Violation of Oath by Public Officer' charges taken out for not sufficiently detailing what oath Trump or others were seeking the [public officer] to violate

(it is not suggesting at all nothing wrong done in those instances & not suggesting can't use that call or anything else in relation to the main charge & yes they could be refiled w/ the additional info)

Lol. Remember when tw dismissed the issues fani would face regarding her affair?

Tw is living a fantasy world and its crashing down around him. If I was a family member of his I would put him on suicide watch when trump is found not guilty.

You definitely downplayed how damaging it was for the prosecutions case against trump.

you said I downplayed the issues that fani would face, I’m sure I didn’t

I might have noted it had no bearing whatsoever on the charges and Trumps guilt, as it didn’t (though if she gets dismissed others may not take up the case as not worth the harassment and death threats that definitely would occur with cult leader only stoking it and -never- having a problem with it, he loves it)

and pretty sure I noted very unlikely the GA case going to trial before election (and if he disastrously wins, he’ll be safe until leaving office, which may never happen)

Judge ruling: Fani wins and stays on the case ... for now.

Awful decision.

He said she has to remove the guy as prosecutor & admonished various behaviors of hers

Basically the most fair decision... the opponents only claimed supposedly ~$6000 in benefits from vacations (while she's also having to hire security & change homes from the threats from the 'leader' who NEVER tells his cultists to stop it)

Removing her whole office (& potentially killing the case) unwarranted, nothing suggested anything corrupt about the case

The judge seemed quite fair throughout the hearings, and Trump has never smeared him so also believed the judge fair or on his side (he's an R)... though now he may start smearing as he's a piece of shit

"Removing her whole office (& potentially killing the case) unwarranted, nothing suggested anything corrupt about the case"

Everything is corrupt about the case. The same people that had a meltdown about Trump appointing Ivanka and Jared Kushner to whatever the fuck it was that they were appointed to ... suddenly can't spot an obvious conflict of interest when a prosecutor is screwing the guy she hired to prosecute the biggest case of both their careers.

This isn't just wrong, it's outrageous.

Not only is the prosecutor corrupt out loud in public, she also lied and conspired to lie to the court, and if she didn't before, she now has a clear ax to grind.

This is fucked up any way you look at it, and hopefully a higher court will step in and remove her from the case.

And the judge should get removed too, since his judgement is crap.

it has no bearing on Trump having a fair trial

may still kill the case if she can't find someone willing to deal with the definite death threats to themself & family

The fuck it doesn't. It has bearing on whether he ever got charged or not. Charging Trump was a boon for both their careers.

how are the charges more of a supposed boon to her career by having sex w/ him over not doing so?

You don't have to just benefit careerwise. You can do both.

The charges either rewarded her lover or help her land the lover.

i don't think anyone alleged she dangled the job to get in his pants

here's the ruling for any interested
http://www...gia-ruling-on-disqualification

includes

"As to the financial allegations, the Court makes the following factual findings. On November 1, 2021, the District Attorney hired Nathan Wade to serve as a SADA and lead the investigation that produced the indictment in this case. (Def. Hrg. Ex. 15). The District Attorney considered at least one other option before hiring Wade, extending an offer to former Governor Roy Barnes, who declined. The contract allowed a $250 hourly rate - a relatively low amount by metro Atlanta standards for an attorney with Wade’s years of service - and contained a ceiling on the maximum number of hours permitted. (Id.). Under the terms of the first contract, Wade was not to perform more than 60 hours of work per month without written permission
"

doesn't sound like any indication of doing it to rake in dough (& only $6000 in vacations alleged from what i recall... i didn't finish reading the doc)

"i don't think anyone alleged she dangled the job to get in his pants"

It doesn't need to be alleged. It is at least as plausible as her hiring an unqualified attorney to prosecute the biggest case in the history of the state of Georgia (possibly hyperbole) ... and then ending up in his pants by sheer coincidence.

Could it be as simple as this?
Could it be that tumbletard just doesn't understand the difference between proof and evidence?
"Glenn Greenwald realizing that Destiny doesn't know the difference between evidence and proof."
