Apparently they were protesting a tax incentive that allows Puerto Ricans to avoid paying tax on passive income (which is FUCKING AWESOME, I wish I had that ability). Local leftists don't like the tax because it increases wealth inequality or some BS like that.

But yeah then at the end they threw in a "free Palestine and Haiti" line. Which if anything is right up Kamala's alley.
