And by America, I mean my country, and it's vassal states

1.Anytime US soldiers are deployed it should be funded soley by war bonds, unless a vote equivalent to what it takes to change the constitution says otherwise (Overwhelming support)

2. If someone has committed a crime so heinous they go to jail, it should be paid for directly with a jail tax. The right to a jury trial should be extended to any charge that leads to more 72 hours of incarceration.

3. All legal marriages must have a pre nup agreement. If no pre nup, the default is to say your roomates, no one owes anyone shit after wards, if you need money to leave a relationship welfare will give you $1200 one time.

4. Drugs will be decriminalized, and treated like alcohol, or through a Dr., and they should kept cheap.

5. Schooling should be a welfare program, everyone gets x amount per year.

Lets say you dont spend all the money one year, you should be allowed to invest it for your child.

6.Abolish income taxes, debtors prisons, allow hot chicks, smart ppl, and entreprenuers to immigrate here easily, literally go and seek them out.

7. If ppl dont like any of there options, they can join they can join the new civil service.

They will ,house, feed you and try to get you to do something with your life, whether that be le a rn a trade, small biz, prostitute, maybe partner with apprenticeship programs etc. if that doesnt work out, you can stay, but you do shitty mexican
jobs no one else wants to do tp earn your keep.

8. Remember my birthdays and keep them Holy.

9. Take no other Gods before me.

10. Give unto me drugs, money , weaponry and brown chicks to curry favor with me. I also loke tomatoes, dont refrigerate them.

Oh, and no more universal suffrage.

You can earn up to 3 votes.

If you own land or a business and are over 18, you earn 1 vote.

Have a child with your partner, earn 1 vote.

Serve in the military DEFENDING our nation, earn a vote, or qualified civil service.
