I'm glad I'm 80 and won't have to live under a dictatorship for long.

Dictatorships are known for routinely arresting the political opposition.

Which party is prosecuting the other party's presidential candidate again, patom?

he will have no immunity on the stuff that matters once the court stops dicking around about it
(unless they are fucking nuts)

but there will be no trials if Trump wins, to the death of justice, law & order

"which guy is running on doing it?"

Letitia James

she didn’t criminally charge Trump (though could have), and it wasn’t for acts as ‘president’, so not relevant at all

do any of you -really- believe Trump never would’ve been charged on docs with Neutral McNeutralfaces in all relevant positions? (he took the docs, he knew he had the docs, he was told he had to return them repeatedly for a very long time, he was then subpoenaed (which he didn’t fight and his own lawyers said he had to comply with), but nope, none of that worked... but charging must be corrupt?)

your side doesn’t even know what he’s charged with on the J6 one so won’t bother on that one

the question was "which guy is prosecuting with a followup "which guy is running on doing this"

Letitia James as an answer works for both questions.

But if you are talking presidential campaign it would be the Biden team prosecuting in any way possible.
That is why Trump missed one trial today while attending another.

there is zero indication Biden played any role in any of them... zero

yet fuckhead liar claims it even on Leticia James, yet as you point out she ran on getting criminals such as Trump, so why the fuck would Biden need to pressure her?

such constant dumbfuck hypocritical made-up bullshit

cult: "fuck Biden for weaponizing the DOJ!!!!!" (w/ no evidence of it)

meanwhile Trump publicly ran on doing it in 2016 ('lock her up' a staple of his rally), then Trump did his best to corrupt the DOJ while in office (including being one of the undisputed elements of his J6 charges), & is running on it now...

"SCOTUS is leaning to give Trump immunity"

They won't. Those screwball right-wingers aren't going to give Biden the opportunity to visit upon them what they would like Trump to be able to visit upon others.

If they gave the president absolute immunity for "official acts", then nothing stops Biden from tenting the Supreme Court as part of his sworn duty to protect the United States from all enemies domestic. ;o)

the conservative justices seem determined not to focus on this case, but about making a ruling for all presidents on all issues & want to separate exactly what core duties are not prosecutable

which is completely unnecessary to being done here... Trump's charged actions clearly have nothing to do w/ duties of the president

it was kinda disappointing listening to the arguments & it sounding similar to congressional hearings where you could tell which side was asking which questions (the R's bringing up Trump's dumb arguments... 'what prevents prosecutors from corruptly going after political opponents after they leave office?'... sadly, the response wasn't 'what prevents prosecutors from corruptly going after ANY OTHER person in existence?'... why does -this- fuckhead suddenly need to create immunity for all presidents... plus never been an issue before, & nothing weird about the charges relevant to when he was 'president')

anyway, the justices aren't buying the full immunity that Trump keeps demanding, & even Trump's own lawyer admitted some of his charged acts were completely personal & outside his duties, so some, if not all, charges will still occur (unless Trump elected) it just may take a much longer time than it should

their eventual ruling may not be ridiculously stupid... but yeah, they are being stupid in creating unnecessary delays & ignoring the consequences & dangers of a Trump re-election

Don't worry, Supreme Court will declare presidents immune to anything they do, and then Biden will arrest the entire crew of judges and replace them all. He's immune after all.

Kargan, "That is why Trump missed one trial today while attending another."

He then got lost on his day off from Court and stumbled onto his golf course for a round of golf.

Priorities. You must have priorities :)
