murder Member	Tue May 07 11:57:10 "Can be seen from space" has to have a meaning or it is meaningless. Can be seen from space generally refers to eyeballs looking down from orbit. If can be seen from space means anything that a satellite can see, then that's anything bigger than a toaster.
