obaminated rank	Fri Sep 27 21:06:15 2024 Revenge of the nerds is a classic 80s comedy. The Japanese dude getting wasted on his tricycle while getting faster after each beer is wonderfully racist. Yeah. Woke crowds today would find a lot of it very offensive. Especially the rape. But in the 80s it was acceptable and viewed for what it was, comedy and entertainment. It wasn't really trying to make a social statement until the end in which the protag gives a speech about acceptance and inclusion that leaves the jock bullies feeling exactly how they made the nerds feel throughout the movie. The sequels sucked.
