Now that our man is returning to the White House, it is our duty as patriotic Americans to keep him there.

Relevant amendments: 12th, 20th, 22nd (ugh), and 25th

Floating a couple of ideas here for 2028-2029:

1. Repeal of the 22nd Amendment: probably not happening, too many shit leftists in this country for that.

2. Line of succession: Our man can be appointed Speaker of the House of Representatives and arrange for the President and VP to "go away" the following day.

-- Alternatively, if we can get Congress to repeal the Presidential Succession Act of 1947 first, the House can unilaterally appoint anyone President if both the President and VP suddenly "go away. "

3. Electoral College shenanigans: If our man runs again in 2028 and wins the EC but intentionally tells enough of his electors not to vote for him in order to deprive him of a majority, the race goes to the House to CHOOSE a president. This would arguably work in getting around the 22nd Amendment which only puts a limit on how many times someone could be ELECTED president. This would require a favorable SCOTUS ruling to go through, but...you know, that's not really a concern right now (hooray MAGA Court!).

4. "Acting" VP: the 12th Amendment specifies that any person ineligible for the OFFICE of the presidency shall be ineligible for the OFFICE of the VP. There is nothing in the Constitution that explicitly prevents someone from holding the POWERS of VP though. Assuming an ACTING VP gets treated as a REAL VP in the line of succession, that opens up another option:

-- Acting President via 25th Amendment: Our man selects a patsy to run for president and gets himself appointed Speaker of the House. The patsy's VP resigns one day after getting into office and our man becomes acting VP. He then instructs the Cabinet to declare the president ineligible under the 25th Amendment and becomes acting president for the duration of the president's term.

5. 22nd Amendment shenanigans: Our man has technically still only been elected once. If he drops out of the race *right now* before the EC meets, he can have President Vance nominate him as Vice President. Come January 22nd, 2026, Vance resigns and our man can serve out the rest of his term as president; since this is less than half of a presidential term, this allows him to run for office again in 2028. Or he can repeat this trick for as many times as he can find a running mate willing to resign 2 years and 1 day into office.

6. Kingmaker: One doesn't have to hold any formal office to actually exercise power. As Barack Obama can attest, this can allow you to hold onto effective control of a party for 16+ years. Unfortunately, that means not being the face of the party, which our man would probably hate.

7. Fuck it, overthrow the Constitution and establish a dictatorship: Our man enjoys an unprecedented popular mandate as well as the overwhelming support of the (non-woke portions of the) military, the police, and every legal gun owner in the United States. This honestly might be the cleanest option but it's going to require a lot of legwork to put off.

Any other ideas for options would be appreciated. Hopefully our man's legal team can flesh out some of these into a practical strategy.

We elected the man who will lead our country into a golden age; let us make sure we don't lose him to bullshit constitutional technicalities in four years.
