Murder, Maybe... IDK I live in Philly and compared to 8 years ago when I lived in Philly the city has drastically calmed down.

Like I visit the badlands (kensington) periodically.

No more roving hordes of zombies. I did see an old lady walk off the bus one day asking everyone "Blowjob? Blowjob? Blowjob?"

Still junkies but a few here and few there.

I don't hear gun shots regularly anymore.

Between covid and the Mayor (D), it's definitely less gross. Even the streets aren't littered with ankle high trash anymore.
