Seems regardless of diplomatic ties, Trump is ending all immigrantion from Africa and the middle east. Armenia / Azerbaijan likely falls into that category. Cambodia / Thailand seems to be purely punitive because they violated Trump's negotiated peace deal. Jordan and Egypt are the most surprising entries, as Egypt secured Trumps Israel/Palestine deal for him and Jordan is essentially a vassal state.
