We should be sanctioning the crap out of the US and Israel while withdrawing from any cooperative activity that may be at all relevant to the conflict. You could argue that sanctions too might be relevant to Iran if it were establised that strikes made intentionally had no relevance to US or Israeli activity. What we have however is sanctions on Iran and full military cooperation with the US. No shade of lipstick is going to make that pig pretty Seb.

It is clearly in our interests now to see the US get caught up in another perpetual war, so arguably we should enable somewhat to lure the US into making that mistake. Explicit threats to Greenland and Canada (among others) have not gone away. We can discuss tarriffs better too in a context were the US has troops mired on the ground in coastal and border regions of Iran.
