I want to make sure she gets a good price. The house itself is basically of no value. But the two story garage and pond on IIRC an acre+ has value.

Sam Adams rank	Tue Mar 10 02:29:49 I should say similar nearby properties in towns of similar niceness, if that wasn't obvious. You can't compare a similar sized property in a white town with a high crime/black town for example.
jergul rank	Tue Mar 10 04:21:05 Upkeep does not matter if the house has no value. Maintenance adds zero value. She can take her time unless the place is falling down on top of her already.
