jergul rank	Tue Mar 24 11:04:55 Already a thread on that seb. My conclusion: Its just a subsidy to get a company to build an LNG plant. Pricy. The Feds probably could have gotten the company to break ground for 445 million (or whatever) instead of a billion, but subsidies are a normal part of the game.
