And god knows what Ukraine is trying to achieve. Russia - a petro state with a huge trade surplus fighting a war in rubles. Lets blow up oil tanks. That will show Russia! If there are two things Russia has enough of, it would be oil and foreign currency inflows. What you are actually looking at is corruption. Ukraine creating non-frontline jobs to keep select individuals away from the actual fighting. There are quite a few jobs like that. Why else would Ukraine have trouble with having a few hundred thousand troops on the frontline?
