No outlet is reporting that, and Quebec government is warning people not to share video of it. Yesterday morning a white male from Alberta drove to Montreal and opened fire with an SKS. Details of who he was targeting are zero. No reports about any victims dead or injured. Just got into a shootout with police. Supposedly, he left a 104 page manifesto targetting women, media, and police, featuring anti-capitalist and pro-Marxist, anti Zionists, and 'incel' ideology.

Ummm her partner was laying dying next to her with active combat situation unfolding. The cops obviously low trained for this scenario. Utter panic was at play. The argument should be about consistent training so cops can stay some semblance of calm in the scenario instead of breaking down under flight or flight stress. Plenty of women in the US military saw direct combat during Afghanistan/Iraq. They did as well as males as long as their training familiarized their instinct to the stress of combat before actually engaging in it.
