I wouldn't mind that if the court didn't allocate a 6 month sentence and deem rape to be mere sexual assault.

Facts not in doubt:

1. She explicitly rule out rough sex and unprotected sex.
2. She was drugged.

A white american airman drugged and violently raped a Brit, and evaded justice, yet strangely you don't want to talk about invaders and rapes now. Instead you want to try and pretend it didn't happen, and blame the victim.
