rank | Tue Jun 30 11:13:41 Well this will be interesting. The EU-US data adequacy treaty depends on the FTC being independent of the govt. But the USSC says such a thing isn't possible. So that invalidates the treaty, and will lead the commission to ban US tech giants processing personal data in the US. Should be a fun one to game out. The US is so dysfunctional. |
