Those two rapists who didn't get custodial sentences?

They are getting custodial sentences on appeal.

You guys (forwyn, rugian, NaMBLA) rarely follow thorn to outcome.

First off, lol at the BBC for putting trigger warnings in their article. I hope Trump takes them for every penny they have.

Basically, a Judge wrongfully applying sentencing guidelines for diminished capacity and child offenders.

Two-tier justice is all about how people are treated by the state on the front end.

If someone has to go through multiple bureaucratic hoops in order to maybe receive justice, then that remains an unfair system.
