The valid comparison would be to a Finnish population selection aged 16-45 with a 2/3ds male, 1/3 female gender balance. Younger males are predominantly responsible for rapes. Immigrants on that list 10 years younger than the median Finn. Immigrants on that list have 50% more males than the general population. Reporting bias. It is easier to report an immigrant for rape. Conviction bias. It is easier to convict an immigrant for rape. Does that mean there is no cultural factor? Nope, there definitely is. Males from that group think most Finnish women in their age bracket are whores to be treated accordingly.

A slightly higher birthrate per woman (1.8 compared to 1.4) does not change much. Men of raping age are strongly overrepresented in those immigrant groups. Factor all that in and you have a range of 2 times to 7 times more likely to rape than an equivalent Finnish man equal in all ways save ethnicity and culture. Conviction rates are incidentally very low for rapes as a whole. About 5/100k per year. Then take the fraction done by immigrants for less than 1/100kvictims/year (46 in 2023). Compared to 12.5/100k killed by guns in the US Do you want to ban guns since that is what the numbers show? I thought now.
