Trump notifies Congress of new war against Iran

President Donald Trump's notification that the U.S. is again at war with Iran gives the administration another 60-day clock for military action.

The first Iran war was about Irans nuclear weapons. USA won that war when Trump realized that Iran agrees that they will not have nuclear weapons. Although Iran has always and consistently said that they don’t want nuclear weapons.

The second Iran war is about who is going to control the strait of Hormuz. The US says that they want to control it so that they can charge a 20% toll/fee on every shipment that is passing through it.
