jergul rank	Thu Jul 23 23:03:41 Supplying is fine. That is actually the underlying logic of the NPT. That countries get peaceful nuke technology access in return for not getting nuclear weapons. The problem arises only when we imagine the NPT is self-enforcing. That countries can be coerced into not gaining nuclear ambiguity. Never was the idea. The idea was to give some benefit countries would lose if they chose to go nuclear weapons.
