North Wales Police and North Wales Fire and Rescue Service were called after the man dressed in the black hooded outfit was seen overlooking the entrance at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd hospital in St Asaph, Denbighshire, on Saturday, June 6. The man, later identified as Leon Gillespie, of Deganwy, was also seen brandishing what appeared to be a long blade. Seb rank	Wed Aug 05 12:54:11 I mean sure it is funny in the abstract, but also a dick move for e.g. someone going in to receive what may be a terminal cancer prognosis, or just watched a loved one die: it's going to feel like you are taking the piss out of them. A formal charge - even if a minor public order offense - rather than a caution seems a bit excessive unless there's some additional info (e.g. refusing to move on when challenged by staff, the police had to be called and then he refused a caution).
