I don't think any system can survive allowing plebs to vote.

The system was actually designed for about the population on today's Norway. It has nothing to do with IQ, land ownership, or education. The voting mass in the US was poor as shit and ignorant as hell by today's standards.

Its does not work because there are too many of you pretending to do democracy at the national level.

May I suggest dissolution of union?

As for the current human IQ distribution. It is destributed around 100 by definition. Peak intelligence relatively is generation X. We are smarter than those before and after.

The greatest generation had an average IQ of 100 in their time. Give them todays test and they would average about 85. It gets worse the further back you go. The greatest generation was way smarter than their grandparents.
