Looks like some sort of landslide hit a lake or released a lake or triggered an earthquake that then released other lakes... A series of mountain valley towns got nuked by a huge wave.

Everyone in this video is dead.

Just minding their business one minute and dead the next.

Ya I think your only warning is a minor and routine feeling mid level quake... And that's only for the people near the collapse. That's not the kind of shaking that goes more than a few dozen miles. Further downriver youd have time for competent authorities to warn people but that doesn't exist almost anywhere on earth, much less China/Nepal.

Eyeballing the distances in that China/Nepal border post vid and the speed...

The kinetic energy being released at that spot was 1000 times greater than the mouth of the Amazon.

Global warming just has trivial effects as we can see here.

I wondered when some euro left tard would jump in with the global warming crying. Answer... immediatly. If nothing else the weenies are reliable.

Mountain landslide floods have occured forever. While global warming could have destabilized this slope, it also could have decreased the flood by removing mass from the event. We probably won't know so we should just conclude as we usually do, that jergul is retarded.

Doubling down on stupid as dummy always does. Global warming is not trivial dummy.

It causes glacial meltoff and sheets of glacier sheer off to fall 7k feet with the havoc we now see.

Grow a pair and admit you have been wrong about this for decades.

Mountains have been rising and falling on this planet for 4 billion years.

Lol retard.

It really shocks the sense watching how powerfully destructive that glacial collapse wave was. Only thing similar I recall with that much force are videos of major dams suffering catastrophic failure.

While I may give the "humans aren't causing global warming" crowd my own imagined dunce cap treatment, - those denying the Earth isn't significantly hotter and melting all sorts of glacier formations (like the one in this video) is just pure madness at this point.

Rofl, dummy thinks continental shifts caused the mudslide.

Or we could go with dumb. Like really dumb. That too would explain the denial.

Dummy, the holocene barely registers in a geological timeframe. Sure, mountains have risen and fallen over the last 4.5 billion years. Global warming on the other hand is mere decades old. Balance of probability.

Mountains that do something every several hundred million years are to blame? Or ongoing ice melt off these last decades due to higher temperatures triggered it?

Dummy, are you going to triple down on stupid when you choose the most plausible alternative?

Mountains are much more active than they appear to the common flatland pleb. You show your ignorance yet again.
