The US long standing position in relation to Russia putting up armed satellites is that it is a violation of the principles of the OST.

So just one more thing that shows American diplomacy is BS and its words mean little

Seb should be thrilled that Russia has been discouraged from equal armament, but after all, he has openly stated that when the nukes fly, he is happy to know that we specifically will vaporize. Moscow is meh.
