Stumbled upon the video. A British patriot is attempting to disable an abandoned raft, apparently one that had been or was intended to ship rapists to the UK.

A British or French coast guardsman then jumps onto the raft. The guardsman is wearing a dry suit and the weather is perfect(absolutely 0 risk). There is no migrant on the raft.
