During the dive the plane hit about mach 1 and exceeded it's designed airspeed for a given altitude by about 250 knots (plane did a good job to survive that) Pilots were stabbed/fighting. Speculation is that it was a suicide attempt by a russian expat.

The Israeli passengers beat him and took back control of the plane before crashing. The rudder fluttered off (common at mach 1) but the plane survived. Israelis are celebrating and the far left is butthurt. Rough day for seb :(
